This beautiful 2 bed room 1.5 bath home is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a most enjoyable stay. Cozy up downstairs on the large sofa with ample sitting, pillows and blankets. For those chilly, Cleveland nights, a beautiful multi color fireplace will be sure to give some additional warmth. Should you choose to cook, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you may need to prep that gourmet meal has been setup for your convenience. If cooking isn’t on the agenda, the table is set and there are lots of great dinning/ take out options near by. A half bathroom, good sized bedroom with a large, comfortable king sized bed and a work station complete the downstairs living area. A short walk up the stairs where a piece of the old blends with the new leads you to the Master area. A beautiful foyer leads to another large bedroom with a super comfortable king sized bed. Here you’ll find a full sized bathroom to finish up this space. Enjoy the sunrise through the windows and skylight but should you choose, each room has sun blocking drapes. Outdoors, you’ll find a beautiful and private sitting area. Lounge on the couch or just chill/read a book in the hanging egg chair. You’ve got choices. An outdoor charcoal grill has been provided as well. This neighborhood boasts great walking and biking scores. Other Details to Note
The controls for the electric fireplace are engraved on the front panel and are not easily visible. The dining table in the kitchen is expandable to sit four comfortably (additional chairs are in the laundry room) A wooden plank is placed beside the sliding glass door that leads to the patio. Please pull out prior to sliding door open. As regards pets - Only 1 pet is allowed - Only small to medium sized dogs are allowed - Dogs must be well trained and not bark excessively - Dogs must never be left alone and unattended in the home. A doorbell with camera is installed for your convenience and for monitoring the front door. Exterior camera is installed on the left side of the house that monitors entry and exit.
