This beautiful property is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Open concept living area with comfortable sitting and a cozy fireplace. The large master bedroom which comes with a king sized bed is en-suite with a beautiful bathroom and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and the spacious second bathroom comes with a bathtub to soak in and relax after a day exploring or working. Each living space has large windows with beautiful views of the Cuyahoga Valley!! Enjoy the views and a good night sleep with blockout drapes in both rooms. The living room leads out to a private, spacious balcony with a nice siting area. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking to make your stay comfortable. Also in the kitchen is an Espresso maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Staying fit is a breeze with easy access to beautiful walking/ biking trails. Enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at NOMZ!! NOMZ is located in the Northside Marketplace “an urban market with a focus on social interaction, local businesses and grass roots artisans” which is all in the same building!! For a night of fine dinning, award winning Dante Boccuzzi Akron( DBA) is also located downstairs!!! A few steps across the building is an Akron staple for authentic Italian cooking and Pizza since 1949, Luigi’s restaurant. One car parking located in the climate controlled garage which is located on the first floor of the building with very easy elevator access to the unit. There’s also plenty of parking space across the street. Enjoy secure entry into building. EV charging station attached to dedicated parking space!
Other Details to Note
A pet fee of $150 is charged for stays 7 days or less. For stays longer than 7 days an additional charge of $20 per night would be assessed. As regards pets - Only 1 pet is allowed - Only small to medium sized dogs are allowed - Dogs must be well trained and not bark excessively - Dogs must never be left alone and unattended in the home. A doorbell camera monitoring the front door and hallway is installed.
